Operating Room Ergonomics Assessment
Michelle Rex Murphy, MS, OTR/L, CEAS, is an ergonomics specialist for Partners HealthCare who supports Brigham and Woman’s Hospital. She provides training, education and assessments to employees and/or departmental leadership on ergonomic principles and consults on improving the design of equipment and of the work environment. To date, Michelle has provided a number of Department of Surgery faculty members with ergonomic assessments of their operating space.
